As we expand rapidly, and prepare for the Fall, we are working on getting as many people linked with YAF online! This will help us tremendously and allow us to update many people as quickly as possible using web resources. We ask that you do the following to help in our effort:

Urgent Mass Meeting

On June 20, 2009, the Young Americans for Freedom - VA will be hosting an Urgent Mass Meeting. At this meeting, we will be presenting our next operational plan, our Campus Growth Stimulus Plan, and new Constitution to the Membership. We will also be focusing establishing official partnerships with like minded organizations.

Additionally, we will be appointing people to the State Officer position vacancies, Swearing in our new Board Members, voting on proposed measures, and having a great time.

This will be a very important meeting for all who want to be actively and DIRECTLY involved in the Virginia Elections and Politics.

Event Details:

• Glory Days Grill - 3059 Nutley St. Fairfax, VA 22031 (See Map Below)
  
• The social hour will start at 8:00pm; the meeting will begin at 9:00pm
• The event is free and open to those who are invited and those who attend with an invitee
• You must be registered as a member in advance of this meeting to participate in any type of voting.

Official Meeting Call:

As Chairman and President of the Young Americans for Freedom – VA, in accordance with the Established Rules, I hereby call an Urgent Special Mass meeting to take place on June 20, 2009 at the established location for the purposes of nominating and appointing Statewide Officer vacancies of the following:
• Director of Events;
• Coalitions Director;
• Chief of Operations;
• Director of Chapter Operations; and,
• Political Director
In addition, this meeting will serve the purposes of developing official relationships with like minded organizations, presenting our provisional operating plans to the attending membership, enlisting the support of concerned citizens, voting on issues and measures offered by qualified membership, and the swearing in of appointed members of the Board of Directors.
